About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington (LF61342187). I earned my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2020 and have been working with clients since January 2019.

I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and have lived in Seattle since 2003. My previous career spanned 11 years in Healthcare Administration - long term care, hospice, and occupational medicine.

I recognize that I live and practice my profession on the indigenous land stolen from the Duwamish tribe, and that they continue to be refused federal recognition - leaving all members since the 1850's without repayment for their land to date. I am committed to being an ally by voting and tangible involvement in my neighborhood and city.

I value honesty, mindful communication, and enjoy having an easy manner in my practice! It is my hope that I will bring a sense of connection, generosity, ease, worth and clarity to my client’s lives.
