It only takes one person to create change in a relationship. When clients learn the concepts that I use with couples and families, it strengthens their relationships and gives them confidence in what to say or do in moments of conflict as well as connection.

Discovering and naming one's values supports us during life's most mundane and important decisions! I guide clients in defining this for themselves and putting it into practice.
